We use our local delivery partners for the bulk shipments. If the weight of your package/ shipment exceeds a certain limit, we will charge it based on the partner’s rate.

Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Bag, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the checkout process.

Shipping times will depend on location, but we always ensure that your purchases are shipped and delivered as quickly as possible. If you have a made to order delivery, you can communicate with our respective team member, and they will gladly help you.

Yes! However, additional charges will apply because of international duty rates. 

We accept cash on delivery, bank transfers and all major credit cards for local orders.

To cancel your order, you can write into info@twoelephants.lk and an agent will get in touch with you on the return process.
